THANK YOU

Since I started my mental health journey, I have had an unbelievable amount of support from my family and friends. When I decided to start opening up about my experiences the love just kept on flowing in. I am so grateful for the wonderful words I have heard and I will never be able to thank you all enough!

I wanted to send you a message and let you know I've been thinking about you. I've been reading your blog and I had no idea you were suffering that much. I know you had your good and bad days, but I feel terrible I didn't know how bad those bad days are. I was in tears reading about some of it, thinking about how someone I care about can be going through this and I had no idea of the extent of it. I know it's hard because we've all gotten scattered and life has gotten busy, but you and the girls still all mean the world to me. You're an inspiration, truly, and I'm proud to call you my friend!

I read your blog - you've done an amazing job with it. You have a nice writing style and of course you've written about some topics that I'm sure are difficult to reflect on and write about publicly. It's so wonderful that you're sharing your experiences with others. That definitely reduces stigma and can help others! I know your journey has had its ups and down but you have a wonderful outlook on things :)

A beautifully real blog about Mental Health by a woman, Julie, who is equally as beautiful. I loved the first post and I can't wait to see what else she will share. Give it a read, it is worth it!

All of your updates are so meaningful, I had a bad anxiety attack today and literally your posts some days make me feel that much better, it's so nice seeing real things.

Hey there miss! I just read your most recent blog post....fantastic thing you are doing by talking about LIVING with this! Odds are it will always be a part of you but some day you may find yourself having a laugh at its expense. I see it like that old cartoon archetype where there is a little devil on one shoulder and a little angel on the other whispering in each ear. Not only is the need to survive a natural human experience...but so is the evil in our hearts, its being human that allows us to choose.
